Abstract


The purpose of Penicillium marneffei (PM) gene polymorphism genotyping PM . The extraction method using benzyl chloride extract genomic DNA . PM strains of 12 clinical isolates DNA fingerprinting analysis using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) . Results ① total selection of 40 random primers for amplification , filtering with a stable, clear DNA primers for amplification with type 4 . I.e. primer P23: 5'-AGTCAGCCAC -3 ', P103: 5'-AGACGTCCAC -3', P105: 5'-AGTCGTCCCC-3 ', P120: 5'-GGGAGACATC -3'. ② 12 strains RAPD-PCR profiles with type amplified fragments were polymorphic . Similar to the rate of 44.4% to 97.3% . ③ 12 PM bacteria strains can be divided into 5 type . Conclusion 12 from different regions of Penicillium marneffei mycosis (PsM) patients PM ( mycelial phase) , the use of DNA profiles obtained by RAPD-PCR were polymorphic , and divided into five types . PM epidemiology and prevention of further study are instructive .
