Abstract


Purpose of Guangxi Zhuang and Han population SstI sites apolipoprotein the CIII (ApoCIII) gene polymorphism to the Guangxi Zhuang the Han population ApoCIII gene frequency distribution of the information ; compared with Western Caucasians to explore ApoCIII gene SstI sites of ethnic differences . 2 , to explore ApoCIII gene SstI polymorphisms with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia . The method using the polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method detected 114 cases of the 107 cases of Han and Zhuang people and 122 cases of type 2 diabetes patients ApoCIII gene SstI polymorphism . Results ① Guangxi Zhuang , the Han population ApoCIII gene SstI sites S1 allele frequencies were 0.706,0.772 S2 allele frequencies were 0.294,0.228 , Zhuang , Han comparison , Zhuang population S2 allele frequencies rise trends, no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; the Western Caucasians S1 ??and S2 allele frequencies were 0.879,0.012 , and Guangxi Zhuang and Han population compared with a significant difference ( P <0.05 = .. ② type 2 diabetes patients and the control group ApoCIII gene SstI sites S1 allele in the two groups are the main group S2 allele frequency was no significant difference (0.262 vs 0.228 , P > 0.05 ) , high triglycerides ester group (HTG) S2 allele frequencies and normal triglycerides (NTG) group had no significant difference ( type 2 diabetes mellitus : NTG vs. HTG : 0.299 vs 0.312 , control group : NTG vs. HTG : 0.203 vs 0.283 ) ; ③ The ApoCIII gene SstI genotype and body mass index , closing lt ; WP = gt ; systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure , cholesterol, triglycerides , low-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1 , apolipoprotein B, and HOMA insulin resistance index showed no there are significant differences , there are significant ethnic differences ; the Zhuang crowd S2 bit significant difference (P> 0.05). ① Guangxi Zhuang and Han population compared with Caucasians ApoCIII gene SstI digested S2 allele . gene loci are on the rise , but there was no significant difference in the Guangxi Zhuang and Han populations homology . ② ApoCIII gene SstI polymorphisms has nothing to do with type 2 diabetes and HTG .
