Abstract

Objective: To observe Atractylodes Poria soup and extraction components spleen deficiency diarrhea model rat intestinal mucosa local immune function, and explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: The the broken gas bitter drop plus irregular diet method copy spleen deficiency diarrhea rat model Atractylodes Poria soup, Atractylodes tuckahoe total polysaccharide, the atractylenolide III, complex, and component compatibility drugs calculated spleen index and thymus index; optical microscopy of rat intestinal histopathological changes; rat intestinal secretory immunoglobulin A content detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; rat intestinal vasoactive intestinal peptide content determined by radioimmunoassay. Results: 1. The pathological observation model rats edema, hyperemia, erosions, ulcers and lesions can be seen in the intestinal lamina propria, thinning of the mucous layer, part of the mucous membrane defects. Intestinal tissue injury score was significantly higher than the blank group (p lt; 0.01), and varying degrees of drug groups intestinal mucosal injury recovery. Immune organ index studies have shown that the spleen index: model group, lower than the control group (p lt; 0.05), in addition to the low-dose group of the atractylenolide III, the complex low dose group, the components of low-dose group, the rest of the treatment group were in the untreated group (p lt; 0.05) thymus index: model group than in the blank group (p lt; 0.05), to treatment groups thymus index in addition to the low-dose group the atractylenolide III complex high, medium and low dose group component compatibility of the low-dose group, other components than the model group (p lt; 0.05); secretory immunoglobulin A content: Atractylodes Poria soup group, the total polysaccharides low dose group, components Compatibility high dose group and model group significantly improved (p lt; 0.01). The total polysaccharide high school dose, the dose of atractylenolide High School, complex high school dose with the model group increased the difference was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05) higher than the blank group (p lt; vasoactive intestinal peptide content: model group; 0.05), high doses of the atractylenolide III, complex high-dose combination components in doses lower than the model group (p lt; 0.05), the rest of the treatment group compared with model group on a downward trend, but the difference was not statistically significant . Conclusion: Atractylodes Poria Soup and the extraction component of the mucosal immune function varying degrees of regulation, which Atractylodes Poria soup group, total polysaccharide group, component compatibility group more obvious. Mechanism of one of the ways may be reduced by the spleen-deficiency diarrhea model intestinal abnormally high levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide, which lifted the excessive inhibition of vasoactive intestinal peptide on a partial intestinal mucosa immune function play a regulating local intestinal mucosal immune function role.
