Abstract

Carcinoma of the lungs is one of the most common malignant tumor in present. It is a disease which seriously affect health and Life of human. For almost half a century, it’s morbidity and Case-fatality ratio are obvious increase. Radiotherapy is one of the most important therapeutic method for primary lung cancer, about 70 percent patient needs radiotherapy.Therefor, study Etiology and pathogenes and therapeutic method of lung cancer’s radiotherapy are actively significance for clinic. This paper adopt prospective and retrospective study with mathematic statistical analysis,discuss the esetxh of lung cancer’s radiotherapy. Hoping that clinical therapeutic method will farther perfect.This paper includes two parts:一、The trend of esetxh during lung cancer’s radiotherapy1. ObjectOn the basis of collecting cases which accord with the standard of inquisition, the thesis used the method of mathematics statistics to probe the trend of esetxh during lung cancer’s radiotherapy, then to deduce the corresponding theory of etiology and pathogenesis and the distribution of symptom, and,at the same time, to provide clear esetxh thereunder for clinical therapy.2 MethodThe thesis considered the common symptoms during radiotherapy as objects, then set up data-bases according to the cases, and analysed the data by cluster analysis with software of SPSS17.0.3 ResultsThe thesis totally collected 310 cases,which can be divided into two sets average. One set was named Chinese and Western Integrative Medicine (CWM), the other set was named Western Medicine(WM).The results of cluster analysis showed that CWM included four types:type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis、type of phlegm-turbid pathogen、type of deficiency of both qi and yin、type of heat evil invaded yin;WM also includecd four types:type of blood stasis、type of Qi deficiency and accumulation of phlegm-dampness、type of deficiency of both qi and yin、type of accumulation of phlegm-dampness and heat in the lung. In addition, according to the clinical manifestation of 310 pations,32 entries were collected for logistic regression analysis. And in these ertries, the frequency of each one accounted for more than 20% in total frequency. The result showed that in the control group 9 symptoms which are yellow sputum, shortness of breath and fatigue, hemoptysis sputum, chest tightness, astringent or slippery pulse, pulse string, anorexia, constipation, red tongue contributed greatly to the syndrome differentiation during the radiation, that was to say these symptoms were beneficial to syndrome differentiation. The probability of other symptoms appeared in both groups had no statistical significance.4 conclusionThe results showed blood stasis、heat、phlegm、asthenia were the main etiologies caused lung cancer. the differences between two sets showed that Chinese medicine affected the symptom distribution during the radiotherapy. Phlegm-turbid pathogen and yin deficiency were the main pathogenesis in CWM, but blood stasis and accumulation of phlegm-dampness and heat were the main pathogenesis in WM.二、The study of traditional chinese medicine affecting the trend of esetxh during lung cancer’s radiotherapyIn order to make sure the effects of traditional chinese medicine during lung cancer’s radiotherapy, the thesis made the set of CWM as control, the symptoms as independent variable. The quantization of variable chose two value quantization, using 1 and 0 to express. Then we set up database,using logistic regression ananlysis to discuss the differences between the two sets, and to make sure the relevant collections between symptoms and sets. The results showed that blood stasis and heat toxic were more obvious than CWM,which was similar to the results of cluster analysis. From these, we can conclude that traditional chinese medicine has obvious effects in preventing and treating blood stasis and heat toxic which appear in process of radiotherapy.
