Abstract


Objective:To observe clinical efficacy for treating eczema of Damp-Heat Type by XianFuKeLi (XFKL); explore the therapy mechanism of XFKL in eczema of Damp-Heat Type. Method:87 patients were separated at random into group with XFKL and group with soft capsule of LongDanXieGan and KuShenPian. During 4 weeks’treatments, the changes of degree of prurit, erythema and papula were observed. In the animal experiment,Ⅳallergic reaction model was constructed. After devided into group at random, saline, soft capsule of LongDanXieGan and KuShenPian and XFKL were given respectively. The ears weight difference of the mice in the three groups was observed.Histamine model was constructed. After devided into group at random, saline, soft capsule of LongDanXieGan and KuShenPian and XFKL were given respectively. The scope of itch in the three groups was observed.Result:Compared with group with soft capsule of LongDanXieGan and KuShenPian, cure and obvious effect rate is 79.17% with total effect rate of 93.75% and there are notable difference between two groups(P<.05).The experiment shows that XFKL can remarkably restrainⅣallergic reaction.Conclusion:Treating eczema of Damp-Heat Type with XFKL has reliable efficacy and low recurrence rate. RestrainingⅣallergic reaction and antimicrobial and diuretic activity may be its mechanism.
