Abstract


Maritime salvage (Salvage At Sea) Maritime unique legal system rescue people at sea or other navigable waters connected with the sea to rescue the distressed ship , cargo , and you can get the appropriate reward for the salvage . About maritime salvage the nature of the form and the legal relations problem , previous studies than more depth , but in the field of maritime salvage administrative relief , that the national competent authorities in and control of maritime salvage , the research is not much , causing some of the problems can not be solved in practice . Water traffic safety involving public safety of human life and public property , which is public safety , national authorities should be managed . Competent national authorities involved in the salvage at sea that administrative relief . Administrative relief maritime salvage law relationship complicated .
