Abstract


Objective: To observe reasonable intestine drink the clinical efficacy of the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome ( liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome ) , and to explore its mechanism . Methods: The clinical selection of 60 cases of IBS patients meet the inclusion criteria , were randomly divided into experimental and control groups were given the rationale the bowel drinking water decoction and given too of Shute ( pinaverium ammonium ) oral observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups . Back to the ileocecal intestinal mucosal changes in the number of positive mast cells observed before and after treatment . Results: Clinical studies show that in traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy , the main symptom score , total symptom score and to reduce intestinal mucosa positive number of mast cells and other major indicators , although the two groups have a certain effect , Daniel intestinal drink the best effect , their control group have a very significant difference ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion : rationale intestinal drink effective treatment of diarrhea-predominant IBS , and no significant side effects ; 2 and its mechanism may reduce the release of histamine and other media by reducing the ileocecal intestinal mucosal mast cell number , thus improving intestinal motility disorders , adjustment intestinal high sensitivity and intestinal immune abnormalities .
