Abstract


Objective: To investigate infertility patients with anxiety / depression , physical type distribution characteristics . Method : In accordance with the anxiety of Zung 's self - rating scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Professor Wang Qi physique nines , March 2010 , October 2009 in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital the gynecology clinic infertility patients and healthy women of the same period in the screening of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine survey the scene to gather general demographic information , fill out the self-Rating Anxiety scale (SAS) and white Rating depression scale ( SDS ) , TCM constitution questionnaire. Analysis of patients with depression Syndrome infertility , depression Syndrome infertility patients and healthy women anxiety / depression and physical type distribution characteristics . Application SPSS15.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis. Results: 1 received a total of 100 valid questionnaires , including 60 cases of infertility patients , depression Syndrome 35 cases ( 58.33% ) , depression Syndrome 25 cases ( 41.67% ) ; healthy women of average age 31.78 ± 3.80 years 40 cases . Infertility with physical distribution are biased quality , depression Syndrome simple , composite biased constitution were 13 cases (37.14 %) , 22 cases ( 62.86% ) ; depression Syndrome simple , composite biased constitution were 11 cases ( 44% ) , 14 cases (56%) . Healthy women of gentleness of 25 cases (62.5% ) , simple, compound biased constitution were 6 cases (15%) , 9 cases (22.5% ) . The infertility patients anxiety integral (49.83 ± 7.28) higher than that of the normal control group (42.75 ± 7.30), a statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Was no significant difference between the depression Syndrome infertility patients with anxiety integral (51.11 ± 7.29) and depression Syndrome (48.04 ± 7.02) (P gt; 0.05). 3 infertility depression in patients with integral (50.27 ± 6.47) than in the control group (44.65 ± 9.52), a statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Depression Syndrome infertility patients depressive integral (51.69 ± 5.52) and depression Syndrome (48.28 ± 7.27) showed no statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05) . 4 of liver depression permit infertility patients physique type qi quality alone six cases ( 46.15% ) , combined qi quality in 14 cases ( 63.64% ) . Conclusion: anxiety / depression status infertility , no significant correlation with depression Syndrome . Chinese medicine constitution types of of 2 of liver depression permit infertility patients qi quality or merge qi quality .
