Clinical Study of the Treatment for AHZ by Fire Needle Combined with Wai Thorn and Electro-acupuncture

Abstract


Objective: The multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial , to observe fire needle combined with clinical efficacy for the treatment of herpes zoster surrounding needling EA . Methods : A total of 66 patients included in the study , and were randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group . Excluding 3 cases , 63 patients completed the entire study and were included in the analysis . The treatment group were treated with fire needle therapy combined with surrounding needling EA twice daily ; the control group were treated with oral valaciclovir hydrochloride , 2 times a day . The 10 -day course of treatment . One day before treatment , after treatment , 11 days after treatment , respectively efficacy . The results : ( 1 ) between the two groups was no significant difference , comparability stronger ( P gt ; 0.05) . (2) the fire needle group efficacy score is better than western medicine group , statistically significant differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Markedly effective rate of fire acupuncture group and western medicine group there is a significant difference (P lt; 0.05), the total effective rate was not statistically significant . ( 3 ) the of fire acupuncture group and western medicine group before and after treatment the skin lesions of area have significant differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) , treatment of lesions after of fire acupuncture group and western medicine group area no statistical difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . (4) fire acupuncture group and western medicine group scab after treatment area \(5) pain VAS score after fire needle treatment than western medicine group significant statistical difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . ( 6 ) the fire needle group and western group ease the constant pain after treatment , \difference (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion : ( 1) fire acupuncture combined with surrounding needling EA can significantly improve zoster efficacy ratings . ( 2 ) fire acupuncture combined with surrounding needling EA can significantly reduce the herpes zoster skin lesions area . ( 3) fire acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture surrounding needling ease \(4 ) fire needle combined EA surrounding needling treatment of herpes herpes within 30 days , the incidence of pain was significantly lower than western medicine group . (5 ) fire acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture security surrounding needling . ( 6) The fire needle combined electro-acupuncture surrounding needling operation is simple, low cost , good efficacy, appropriate clinical use of the promotion .
