Abstract


At present , the development of private enterprises in China has entered a new historical stage , has become the core of access to and use of the talents . However , the status of private enterprises : the shortage of talent , imperfect incentive mechanism , which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of private enterprises and even the national economy as a whole . Application of stock options can be closely linked to the rise and fall of the talent of the long-term interests of enterprises , private enterprises attracted talent , retain talent , promote the smooth progress of the second venture of private enterprises , but the birth of something new as a practice , stock options at the same time made ??great social and economic benefits , and inevitably there have been some problems. The purpose of this article is intended Situation and Cause Analysis of China 's private enterprises apply stock options , stock options program designed to explore China 's private enterprises , and therefore has a certain practical value and theoretical significance . Firstly made ??a comprehensive system of meaning , content , characteristics of the stock options and its theoretical foundation and application premise ; then discusses the feasibility and necessity of the definition of private enterprises and stock options in its internal application and reviews it in the course of development of China 's private enterprises use ; then introduced to China in recent years represented several pilot mode , focusing on analysis of the current situation and the reasons of the stock options in the application of China 's private enterprises .
