Results : the routine acupoints Act Needling method of pain model rats have good analgesic effect , both Needling acupoints law compared excellent \Inflammatory pain model in rats under normal needling around Needling group the hypothalamus of beta - EP , ACTH and spinal cord in the Dynal content decreased , the upper and lower Needling method group only decline in β-EP, ACTH content , no spinal cord significant difference in the Dynal content with control group . Conclusion: The normal acupuncture , around Needling and up and down Needling method to have a better analgesic effect in rats with adjuvant arthritis , to around Needling method is superior , part of its mechanism of action may be through the excitation of the central nervous the analgesic substance generated adjustment function in the system .
