Abstract


We live in an increasingly interconnected society which , the rapid development of the Internet to improve the efficiency and service levels of the society . People can be obtained by telephone or Internet , seven days a week , 24 hours a day service . More than 60% of Internet users connected to the government website interactive . The primary objective of the development of e-government : the public easier access to government services , to change the government functions, improve the efficiency of government . The center of e-government in the past limited the development of government services capacity and the Chief chain . As in this article focused , the Government through e-government should be to promote the public administration, administrative shift from the traditional administrative control to the service . However , the e-government project in the development of a number of problems , one of the main reasons is that there is no system-wide strategic planning . In this paper, the study of the e-government project planning , come to promote e-government project planning should be two Cong First, the establishment of the system structure, improve the government and society, between government departments to establish a core set of technical standards to promote technical the solution of the problem ; collection and analysis of the Administrative process , institutional reforms to reduce unnecessary links , executives can more easily and more efficiently complete the work . An efficient e-government strategic planning should include the following: 1 , simple transmission of information ; 2, to streamline the structure of government ; 3 , the public , businesses, executives , more convenient access to information and government services ; 4, to reduce the cost of the process ; occupy a key position in the process of building e-government , strategic planning . What is e-government strategies , how to scientifically build strategy should have a clear understanding , to avoid various mistakes and be conducive to the healthy development of e-government , the paper combined with the development of e-government projects in Wuhan City, the analysis and description .
