The Russia’s joining into The World Trade Organization is inexorable law of economy. In this thesis, the writer uses developmental vision on trade between China and Russia. Take the trade between China and Russia under frame of WTO as research object. On the base of comprehensive introduction of development history and current situation of trade between China and Russia, analyze the trade theoretically and realistically from consonant vision, abhorrent vision and contradiction vision with WTO regulations. First of all, point out that the trade between China and Russia is benefited from expressing comparative advantage and complying with law of economy, on the other hand, the trade structure reflects the traditional trade theory. Secondly, there are behaviors that against the regulations of WTO, such as using trade barriers widely and lack of fair environment of trade, which gives rise to trade friction and gray customs clearance. Thirdly, analyze the contradiction of trade between China and Russia against the regulation of WTO, point out that widely using of new type trade barriers is an important representation of the contradiction, in addition, seek the reasons of it from direct view, theory view, realistic view and essential view. By mean of analysis above, clear the gap between the trade with no constraints of WTO regulations and WTO, point out that China and Russia should seize the opportunity and meet the challenge; Adjust the relationship between China and Russia as soon as possible, use the WTO regulations flexibly, reduce the negative influence during the adjustment period, finding a development method suitable for trade between China and Russia quickly.
