Abstract


This article is about the Tibetan Autonomous County' dissertation">Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County in Gansu Province and Countermeasures of Early Childhood Education . This paper aims to understand the local social and cultural background of the premise, the theory of cultural pluralism and multicultural integration of educational theory , supported through a true representation of Tianzhu County, early childhood education so that more people understand the local early childhood education, child care concerns ethnic areas education and to obtain more support. Meanwhile, in order to provide early childhood education can learn from local recommendations . And of local educators help improve \This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods . Authors used questionnaires , interviews , supplemented by case law , literature analysis , physical collection and other methods, to understand the local early childhood education. True reproduction through early childhood education, found that local preschool achievements and shortcomings, and thus to propose a solution . The study found that early childhood education Tianzhu following problems: 1 . Village, town early childhood concept consciousness behind ; 2 . Early childhood education funding shortage ; 3 . Management institutions are not perfect preschool , preschool administrator expertise poor ; 4 . Preschool teachers' professional quality to be improved ; 5 . Child day event is not ideal. Based on the above study , the authors propose the following: 1 . Clear concept of education , increase investment in early childhood education . Educational administrative departments at all levels of government and leadership attention and support of the development of ethnic minority areas is an important prerequisite for early childhood education ; increase investment in early childhood education is to improve the conditions of the office park is one of the basic protection . 2 . In order to improve management of the authority and efficiency , improve the organization , to distinguish responsibilities , a clear relationship ; implementation of scientific management by objectives ; strengthening routine management, improve the quality of early childhood education professional management staff . 3 . Improve the quality of early childhood teachers , adjustment training, training institutions curriculum structure, professional setting , training goals. Strengthen the professionalism of teachers training. 4 . Improve the quality of education and teaching activities . Scientific and reasonable arrangements for child care day event ; give full play to the overall effectiveness of day event ; create a suitable environment to mobilize children's enthusiasm, initiative .
