Vacuum freeze-drying technology has been widely used in many fields , and the technology used in food processing to obtain high - quality dehydrated food . Shanxi Province has several food lyophilized enterprises , these enterprises are generally faced with high energy consumption equipment and technical problems in the production cycle is too long . To this end , the Shanxi Province Science and Technology Commission, the project as a provincial scientific and technological projects . Firstly, on the basis of the vacuum freeze-drying technology development status overview , expounded the necessity and importance of the to reduce vacuum freeze-drying energy consumption and shorten the drying time . The physical model under the test conditions , the appropriate assumptions on the basis of the establishment of the non - steady - state mathematical model of the vacuum lyophilized . Model simplifies prevail in the steady-state model was solved analytically . The results showed that the porous dried layer temperature changes exponentially magnitude of change depends on the water vapor flow rate , temperature of the frozen layer linear distribution , predicted the freeze-drying time and the actual results . Affect the vacuum freeze-drying process parameters were studied . Tests showed that : The lyophilized thickness, the degree of vacuum of the heating plate temperature, the system is the most important of the three process parameters ; freezing rate on the total drying time is not affected , the the sublimation drying time of the slow freezing material than fast frozen material is short , but slow frozen parse relatively long time, the small difference between the two , the total lyophilization time ; initial freezing temperature of the lyophilization process can be ignored . The the hybrid heating time of the freeze-dried to be significantly less than the the pure radiant heating ; cold trap temperature was set at -40 ℃ -45 ℃ more reasonable . The tests also found that, the larger moisture content of the material should not be used to thermally conductive quick freeze . Dimensionality reduction on the basis of the analysis of the test results of the three factors quadratic orthogonal regression analysis method to explore the impact of the freeze-dried thickness , the temperature of the heating plate and vacuum drying time and drying energy consumption , and mixed heating conditions the next unit water energy consumption and lyophilized productivity optimization analysis . The better the process parameters validation results show that the optimization results in line with the actual situation . Variation of the vacuum freeze- drying process energy consumption composition and process of the current pilot study . Reasonable operation can achieve the purpose of energy conservation on the basis of the analysis of the results found for compressors and vacuum pumps .
