Abstract


Cultural construction is the soul of a new socialist countryside construction. Fundamentally speaking, to strengthen the construction of rural culture, is to continue to meet the growing cultural needs of the peasant masses, providing a strong spiritual motivation and intellectual support for the building of a new socialist countryside, the degree of civilization in rural areas and farmers, the overall quality has improved.
