Abstract

Many drugs impact the results of laboratory tests exist, this influence is mainly divided into two categories of analysis of interference detection method (in vitro effects) and biological effects (in vivo effects). Drugs and (or) its metabolites are able to interfere with the the another substance quantitative analysis of one or more stages. Kroll definition of interference: the influence of a substance, the correct value can change the results of the present in the sample for an analyte concentration or activity showed impact. Clinical physicians inspectors impact on drug test results the lack of knowledge of the issue, this factor is not taken into account in interpreting the test results, especially the interpretation of some anomalous results, therefore, we hope that through this topic study, caused domestic attention on this issue. Our work consisted primarily of the following two parts. , Epinephrine and dopamine on the Determination of some commonly used biochemical inspection items interference in vitro study of adrenaline on the FMN strong positive interference, the interference to LD of the determination of the positive phase, Cr, UA, TG, TCH, HDL -C, DBIL Determination of a negative-phase interference. Interference rate and adrenaline concentrations relational expression adrenaline FMN, Cr, UA, TG, TCH, LD, DBIL, HDL-C were: y = 1223.3x 41.296, y = -15.918 ln (x) - 101.71 , y = 140.21x2 - 205.22x -0.1519, y =-137.17x - 3.6884, y =-12.746x2 - 31.864x - 0.043, y = 16.84x2 2.2482x 2.0596, y =-51.369x2 - 49.965x - 0.3533, y =-84.81x 3.0979. Dopamine FMN in the determination of the strong interference of the positive phase, a positive phase of the interference for the determination of the LD, Cr, UA, TG, TCH, HDL-C, DBIL the determination have negative phase interference. Dopamine of FMN, Cr, UA, TG, TCH, lt; WP = 8 gt; HDL-C, LD, interference rate DBIL and dopamine concentration relationship expressions were: y = 546.37x0.6017 y = -11.541 ln (x) - 86.828, y = 80.484x2 - 145.78x - 2.2874, y = 154.87x2 - 243.22x 4.1927, y =-36.136x 1.8976, y = 52.253x2 - 107.05x - 0.2915, y = 1.9947 ln (x) 5.7905, y =-103.98x - 1.9346. Adrenaline and dopamine are reducing substances, oxidation - reduction reaction-based detection interference may be related to this. Second, the interference of rifampicin commonly used biochemical tests in vitro and in vivo studies and interference mechanisms discussed rifampin clinical commonly used anti-TB drug vitro studies indicate that rifampin FMN, DBIL, TBIL determination positive interference, the determination of Cr, UA negative interference. Rifampicin added in the degree of interference with serum concentrations showed a linear relationship, FMN, Cr, UA, DBIL, TBIL interference ratio with the serum concentration of rifampicin relational expressions are as follows: y = 0.6177x - 1.6134, y =-1.4513x 0.4677, y =-0.428x 0.3782, y = 3.6029x -0.3292, y = 1.7404x 0.6418. Rifampicin clinical laboratory results of biological effects (in vivo effects), through the study of 16 volunteers after oral rifampicin conventional biochemical test project results show that: during rifampicin taking in the blood the rifampicin concentration is low level, FMN, DBIL determination influential rifampicin in the blood concentration of high-level, affect the determination of FMN, DBIL, TBIL, Cr, Ca, some indicators because of individual differences, changes is not consistent, general, oral rifampicin serum FMN is DBIL TBIL the measurement results increases, so that the measurement results of Cr reduces. Preliminary study of the interference mechanism of rifampicin in vitro analysis showed: rifampicin interference bilirubin mechanism: rifampin detection wavelength (450nm) light absorption, increase the value of the absorbance readings starting point in The reaction process, rifampicin and vanadate reaction rifampicin reduced the absorbance values ??at 450nm, the bilirubin determination itself is a negative-phase reaction, so rifampicin Determination of Bilirubin positive phase interference. Rifampicin Cr, UA possible interference mechanism is: rifampicin in light absorption wavelength (505nm) is detected, an increase of absorbance values ??in the reading start, during the reaction, due to the rifampicin having reducibility can be generated in the reaction of hydrogen peroxide lt; WP = 9 GT; reaction, is oxidized to make it in the 505nm absorbance value at reduced, and also consumes some of the hydrogen peroxide, the total effect is to the reading end point when the absorbance value decreased Determination of Cr, UA, therefore rifampicin interfere with the analysis of the negative phase.
