Abstract


Since the opening-up, rapid growth, the scale of China's absorption of foreign direct investment in recent years has been the country with the largest number of developing countries in the use of foreign investment. Large-scale foreign direct investment in the economic life of our country had a very extensive and profound impact on market competition in China is therefore undergoing rapid changes. As a developing country, the important feature of China's market structure is unstable. The coming period, with the deepening of China's opening to the outside world, the large-scale entry of foreign direct investment enterprises, is making the competitive structure of China's market undergoing rapid changes. The overall trend presents the trend of rapid increase in market concentration, and even formed a certain scale of the market monopoly in some industries. With the accelerating process of economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO, the scale of China's absorption of foreign direct investment showed a trend of further expansion of reasonable competition structure in the Chinese market, in this background conditions, is worthy of attention problems. This article is based on the concern of these problems, the first review of the overview of the development of the foreign direct investment in China since the reform and opening up, and predict future trends overall. This article from the Western economics and industrial organization to learn about the theory of market structure, the general relationship between foreign direct investment with the host country market structure. Then focuses on the impact of foreign direct investment in China's market structure, multinational companies to seize our market, to form a market monopoly in some industries, and the resulting negative impact. This is the core of this study. Finally, this article discussed how we should deal with the negative impact of foreign direct investment in China's market structure brought from both the Chinese government and enterprises. The analysis that our government should be from the macro investment environment and legal environment for foreign direct investment enterprise market monopoly behavior plus specification. China's enterprises need to do is to improve the international competitiveness of cooperation and competition with multinational and actively explore foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the development and growth on the basis of safeguarding the economic security of our country, the only way to fundamentally .
