Abstract


In this paper, widely used in the petroleum industry wastewater treatment polyacrylamide organic polymer flocculant preparation and application of a more in-depth study . Under laboratory conditions , the influence of reaction conditions on the polyacrylamide - dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride intrinsic viscosity and cationic degree , determine a suitable polymerization conditions : potassium persulfate - sulfite the sodium hydrogen initiator, the monomer concentration is 30 % , reaction temperature is 40 ° C , the initiator concentration is 0.1 to 0.4% of the concentration of the monomer , the monomer ( AM : DMDAAC ) , the molar ratio of 2:1 to 2:3 , PH value of 4 to 5 nitrogen protection , appropriate reaction was stirred for 8 hours , the series of intrinsic viscosity number of from 130.2 to 226.7ml / g , a cationic degree of 6.5 to 30.3% of the PAM - DMDAAC . Mannich reaction , a series of cationic polyacrylamide products ( CPAM ) , JIS method to determine the cationic degree ; effects of temperature, the amount of alkali hydrolyzed polyacrylamide ( PHP ) the degree of hydrolysis to prepare a series of PHP products, hydrochloric acid and titration of the degree of hydrolysis ; prepared cationic PHP zwitterionic polyacrylamide ( APAM ) were measured cation and degree of hydrolysis . Infrared spectroscopy to characterize the above products . < / Sub > ) for Treatment of drilling wastewater were used bentonite suspension method and inorganic coagulant ( FeCl 3 of flocculation performance evaluation , the products obtained using 721 spectrophotometer in the 400nm wavelength light transmittance of the supernatant was determined . Water quality characteristics , the structure and morphology of the polymer chain Flocculation ability and its flocculation effect and mechanism of action are discussed . Hope that this paper will provide a useful reference organic polymer synthesis and field applications .
