Abstract


Force disclosure of corporate environmental information disclosure system for environmental information is an important part of effective corporate environmental information disclosure is the public participation in environmental governance, the basic premise. Mandatory disclosure of environmental information enterprise involves two main aspects, namely business environment, information disclosure side, the other is to accept the relative environmental information enterprise side.In recent years, our country has undergone a series of major environmental emergencies, resulting in significant personal injury and property damage. The reason for compulsory corporate environmental disclosure system, the lack of information is critical. Mandatory disclosure of corporate environmental information of the subject, content, methods, and that there are loopholes in the system security has become a shield for stakeholders, but also created a low public participation in environmental governance participation. Lack of this system is not only related to environmental damage to the public interest, also caused the destruction of natural environmental resources, therefore, the development and improvement of corporate environmental information system of mandatory disclosure is imperative.The solution to the problem, this paper defines enterprise environmental information from the mandatory disclosure began, followed by a clear corporate mandatory disclosure of environmental information relative to the open side and side to establish the rights and obligations of these subjects; in public the contents of the public square on a clear need for the public Information content and business environment exceptions; the way in the open, depending on the main public square clear their different ways; Finally, system security, from the open side of both internal and external factors proposed safeguards to be taken . Of course, problems may be far more than that, not only the way to solve this. With the development of environmental science, environmental legislation, public environmental rights and interests of the increasing maturity of the mandatory corporate environmental information disclosure system will tend to improve and mature.
