Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this experiment is to study the protective effect of adenosine on rabbit ischemia -reperfusion model of myocardial injury , and this role with full heart perfusion adenosine distinction by the left circumflex coronary artery local perfusion . METHODS: The experiment will be anesthetized rabbits were divided into three groups of 10 : A group of control group , B group local circumflex artery infusion of adenosine group C group for the whole heart through the right carotid artery perfusion adenosine group . Each group through the left circumflex coronary artery proximal end 6/0 prolene suture ligation for 30 minutes and the establishment of regional myocardial ischemia model . After 30 minutes, release the suture in the A group , reperfusion of ischemic myocardium ; in group B to the LCX distal end of the suture at the diameter of the insertion of a catheter of 1mm , transcatheter perfusion containing the concentration of 10 μ mol / L arterial blood ; group C , release the suture recovery reperfusion , the right common carotid artery perfusion containing a concentration of 10 μ mol / L of arterial blood . Perfusion time was 30 minutes, after the end of the perfusion , the three groups were changed perfusion arterial . Collection hemodynamics , ECG , cardiac enzyme CK- MB , myeloperoxidase enzyme ( MPO ) , electron microscopy and other indicators . Results: Compared with the control group , the local perfusion group and heart perfusion groups are able to significantly improve heart perfusion after ischemia-reperfusion myocardial systolic and diastolic function (p <0.05), and systolic and diastolic function of local perfusion group better group (p <0.05). Myeloperoxidase activity as well . The two sets of CK-MB the leakage concentration and myocardial water content with the control group showed significantly lower (p <0.05), but local perfusion and heart perfusion was no significant difference between Ultrastructure shows the two adenosine myocardial perfusion group structure is better than the control group . Conclusion: The above description of the experimental local infusion of adenosine and cardiac perfusion adenosine can protect the heart and reduce ischemia - reperfusion injury and anti myocardial necrosis . Specimens no significant difference in local perfusion group both in myocardial function and MPO activity with full cardiac perfusion group , a significant difference was still able to explain the former has more superiority in myocardial protection .
