Abstract


Objective: To investigate the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine ??(NAC) , anti-apoptotic effects of bone marrow cells in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) . Methods: by TUNEL , methyl cellulose in vitro cell culture assay , ELISA method , the observed NAC and MDS patients with bone marrow cells were cultured in vitro apoptosis , including apoptosis , tablets - single line progenitor cell colony number and concentration of TNF-α changes. Results : NAC MDS patients with bone marrow cell apoptosis rate can reduce the colony count increased to reduce the concentration of TNF -α . Conclusion : NAC MDS patients with bone marrow cells may play anti-apoptotic effects , NAC can be tested in the treatment of MDS .
