Abstract


The ultimate goal of teaching English is used for communication. Task-based teaching is to set up a task (task), to enable students to complete the task in the process of language acquisition. This teaching philosophy broken English teaching grammar teaching and practical application phase separated, language form and meaning of language-phase fragmentation of the traditional model. Attention is task-based teaching: Students in the ability to perform tasks and strategies during training, emphasis on students to complete the task in the process of participation and exchange activities. Students participate in the decision to promote the teaching content to try to make students' own input as the main teaching content resources, and become the center of the learning process. By mining and use of students' own knowledge and experience, teaching content more realistic, but also more likely to be profound student perception, thereby enhancing learning. The goal is no longer to seek their mechanical language training, but the actual use of language ability. English teachers should be task-based teaching of theory as a guide, and continuously explore in primary and secondary English teaching and practice of \This paper is divided into five chapters. Foreword leads thesis writing background, rationale and structure of the paper. The first chapter introduces the background task-based teaching and its theoretical basis; second chapter discusses the task-based teaching characteristics and advantages of the task involved in the definition of the characteristics of classroom tasks and structure, type, and design principles; Chapter and the fourth chapter is the focus of this article, the third chapter describes the specific task-based classroom teaching; fourth chapter combines high school English textbooks (Senior English for China) are discussed in detail in the examples of how to implement high school English classroom teaching task-based teaching. Chapter from the teacher's role and requirements for students that the task-based classroom teaching perspective currently facing problems. Finally, in the concluding remarks about the author of a number of task-based teaching thinking, and continue to study it as their future direction.
