Abstract


Task-based teaching mode in today's education sector has become a trend. Promote a task-based teaching mode , the goal is the ability to implement integrated language advocated in the teaching process ; experience, practice, participation, learning exchanges and cooperation , in order to achieve the task , feelings of success ; stressed that students can use English to complete task , requiring teachers to to avoid simply imparting knowledge of language teaching methods in the classroom teaching . This paper aims to study the feasibility and effectiveness of task-based teaching methods to use in the teaching of high school English reading . The aim is to provide English teachers of English reading teaching theory and practice of enlightenment , to help students master effective reading methods , to develop good reading habits , improve students' ability to use language . Text from the background of the task-based teaching mode , meaning and purpose to proceed , about the results of theoretical studies of the task-based teaching model as well as the status of implementation in the teaching of high school English reading ; author from the determination of the goal of the task-based reading instruction , reading task design implementation steps of the principles as well as the task of teaching reading in three areas to discuss the task-based teaching model and its construction ; Finally, the experiment by the author in two parallel classes in order to prove that the task-based teaching model used in high school English reading teaching has positive significance . The experimental procedure involves the evaluation of the implementation of the use of reading strategies , both inside and outside the classroom , task-based reading instruction mode and the task of reading , and the outstanding case with a task of teaching reading , Lesson won the 2007 of Zhejiang Province ninth teachers Multimedia Lesson Example game province first prize .
