Abstract


Firstly, from the origin and development of the exhibition, discusses changes in the exhibition in the form and role of different economic era, and introduced the basic concept of the exhibition industry development as well as the theory of the development of exhibition industry support system. \The exhibition economy is a new form of economic development not only directly affect the development of the urban economy and society will also be related to the transportation, tourism, communications, printing, food and beverage and other related industries. The exhibition economy with good prospects for the development of \In the second part, the author focuses on the status quo of China's exhibition industry development trends; impact of WTO accession on China's exhibition industry; the Beijing MICE industry development status and existing problems. China Expo has been toward the front desk of the social and economic life, and at the same time, China's exhibition industry is also showing globalization, information technology, group brand, specialization, innovation, ecology, and the trend of diversification. China's accession to the WTO, China's exhibition industry is facing severe challenges. Due to the special status of Beijing in China's exhibition industry, I focus on the main problems in the the the Beijing MICE industry development status and the development of exhibition industry in Beijing elaborated.
