Abstract


In this paper, the 16th century German religious reformer Martin Luther (Manin Luther) values ??for the study of music. Combing through the existing data and analysis on the basis of previous studies, the use of music history, music, sociology, and religious and cultural research methods of their systematic study. The author believes that the formation of values ??Luther music with his early life and education are closely related. Luther's personal preferences and beliefs and on their impact on the intersection of social and cultural trends, so that the values ??of his music has both irrational and mystical colors, but also has a humanist. Luther's musical values ??on Lutheranism and the German Protestant profound impact on the development of music culture. Part IV: Luther musical values ??of Thought and its historical significance combined with the first three parts of the exposition, the development of musical culture in the West macro background in musical values ??for Luther Thought and historical significance to be summarized and evaluated.
