Abstract


With the in-depth development of the education reform , teachers' professional pressure problem has become increasingly prominent , and became the focus of attention of many researchers . In this study, a junior high school teacher occupational stress as the research object , try a preliminary study on this issue . Combined with interviews and literature Law on the basis of the survey , carried out a preliminary study of junior high school teachers' occupational stress status quo , and the following conclusions : 1 junior high school teachers generally under greater pressure career . All survey , 80.28 percent of junior high school teachers considered themselves \Occupational stress in the same time to promote the professional development of junior high school teachers , but also on the physiological status of teachers and teaching behavior , especially for the teachers' mental health had a more negative impact . 3 , the main source of junior high school teachers' professional pressure followed by students to exam factors , income , social expectations , workload , school personnel reform and self- professional development needs . 4 , occupational stress of teachers of different background factors both similarities , but also have their own characteristics . Occupational stress status quo for the junior high school teachers , according to the teachers 'professional pressure generation mechanism , I propose the following measures to ease teachers' occupational stress : to improve the economic status of teachers , and enhance the attractiveness of the teaching profession ; establish reasonable expectations of teachers , increase the understanding and support of the community and parents, the teachers work . 3 , to reduce the workload of teachers , the autonomous time given to the professional development of teachers . 4 , reforming the teacher evaluation system , the establishment of development teacher evaluation mechanism . 5 to improve the school personnel system , the establishment of a scientific and fair teachers' employment system . 6 , to raise teachers ' awareness of mental health , and to enhance teachers' ability to self- regulation of the pressure .
