Abstract


Minors as an important social subject, under the influence of the global trend of \In the Chinese Civil Code, minors must grasp the theme of property rights are protected by law, and to ensure its protection operability, rather than empty generalities of. Protect the property rights of the minors, from the fundamental, global, long-term interest of First State and Government duties must be country-led, government departments for the duties of the principal; at this stage, and for a long period within the family is still the first choice of the minors property rights protection. The society is an important auxiliary force of the minors property rights protection, the minors property rights protection must get the support of the community, in order to get better results. In China, the protection of property rights of the minors only a few provisions of principle, operability is not strong, the minors property rights has become increasingly prominent today, can no longer meet the need for comprehensive protection of minors, the first policy divergence.
