Abstract


House demolition , the problem can not be avoided as the process of urbanization is not only a social problem , it is a legal issue . Urban Housing Demolition is the demolition of houses above the land , and re- developed for the main purpose of the land ; essentially the imposition citizen housing ( private property ) ; key is to respect the private property of the demolition , and give a fair, just and reasonable compensation for the demolition . As it relates to the issues of social and public interests and the Protection of Individual Rights and the Protection of Individual Rights in Urban Housing Demolition much public concern , especially in recent years , a series of resistance in the demolition process , boycotts , petitions , suicide and other extreme events , especially Chengdu relocatees Tang Fuzhen set himself on fire in the demolition killed, triggered the earnest attention of the community , the demolition has become people focus on a complex social problem , seek to amend the endless \become one of the hot topics . In addition to the introduction and conclusion , composed of five parts .
