Abstract


As the most important resources of economic and society development, human resources (HR) play an essential role in enterprise development. But sometimes, there is distant between the aim and the practice HR by some social hazards, that is to say, there is human resource social risk (HRSR).This paper is on the management of an enterprise’s HRSR and the major contents are as follow.1. The analysis of HRSR. In the beginning, HRSR is defined. And then the hazards are classified from the policy, society, culture, technology and natural environment. The reasons of HRSR are analyzed from these perspectives.2. Evaluation of HRSR. The first part is concerned with the evaluation of HRSR, subjective assess in evaluation are studied. The second part is concerned with some things need to pay attention. Especially, evaluations of the regional HR quantity are analyzed by some data.3. Control of HRSR. Firstly, risk controls are classified from different leader into government, enterprise and human. Then, the things need to do by these are studied and concluded. Third, three ways include decision; institution and law of risk control are also being given.
