Abstract


Regional ethnic autonomy system, combined with the reality of our country, the Chinese Communist Party Marxist Ethnic Theory innovations in China, is our basic policy for solving ethnic problems and institutional, the core of which is the degree of autonomy; essence is the territorial integrity, national unity as a precondition and basis for, the correct handling of the relationship between the leadership of national unity and ethnic regional autonomy.
