Abstract


Abstract: independent regulatory agencies in the United States (Independent Regulatory Agencies) , also known as the \The U.S. Constitution , the first three of the legislative, executive and judicial powers given to Congress, the President , and the Supreme Court . Establishment and terms of reference of the subordinate authorities under the three highest authority , can only be carried out by congressional legislation creating . Independent regulatory agencies to produce is a vivid example . By Congress through the legislative creation is generally responsible for the management of a specific economic or social affairs , to exercise their powers according to the legislature legislative principles and scope of authorization . They are produced under the monopoly on the premise of market failure , its main function is the competition regulation and effectively to prevent any of the government market intervention , and later extended to the field of social .
