Abstract


National unified judicial examination system established to improve the quality of employees the legal profession , and promote the formation of a legal professional community , and promote judicial reform and the rule of law . Whom we rejoice at the same time , to address the judicial examination of the shortcomings inherent in the system , especially with the relationship between legal education . This paper is divided into four parts. The first part describes the country 's judicial examination system to establish its significance. Due to the previous lack of legal profession unified access and training systems , leading to legal professional practitioners , especially judges, prosecutors, professional quality is not high , it is difficult to form a common language , hinder the formation of the legal professional community . Judicial examination system established , to a certain extent, ease the contradiction. The second part describes the examination of our judicial system and the relationship between legal education and its problems . Legal Education and judicial examination out of touch , the primary reason is unclear positioning of Law Undergraduate Education . Only a clear positioning legal education and reform the judicial examination mode , to make judicial examination truly become legal education and legal profession as a bridge between . The third part introduces the contemporary world, legal professional qualification exam pattern . Compare drawing two legal national legal professional qualification examination system reform of China's judicial examination system to provide material . The fourth section describes our judicial examination and law education reform. Recommended to refer to the German model , the reform of the judicial examination system , judicial examination in the middle of the two legal professional training and education to improve enrollment eligibility conditions and unified national lines. Legal education should continue to maintain the independence and dominance , while strengthening the quality of education, reform of legal education teaching content and methods.
