Abstract


The prevention of juvenile delinquency is an important part of crime prevention, in today's high crime rates of minors medium to start with this particular group of vocational school students study the bad behavior of this group of minors crime prevention strategies. This thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and epilogue. The introductory section begins with a word from James Q. Wilson, pointed out the importance of crime prevention and control from the source of the crime. Bad behavior because everything is a process from quantitative to qualitative accumulation reaches a certain level, is bound to a qualitative change, into a crime. The first chapter discusses what is bad behavior and bad behavior of secondary vocational school students study by the social survey methods the status quo and concluded to clarify the importance of the thesis. These strategies include: 1, bad behavior to establish an effective preventive mechanism; 2, and strengthen the status of legal education; 3, the establishment of the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, \campus law enforcement agencies, \Conclusion that our research is still in its infancy in the prevention of juvenile delinquency, prevention of juvenile delinquency is a systems engineering need all actively involved in, with particular emphasis on the importance of legal education for minors. Concluded that building a socialist harmonious society, for us to bring a new philosophy and a new understanding of the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
