Abstract


In today's world, information technology at an unprecedented depth, breadth and intensity of a profound impact on the development of society, the level of information has become an important symbol to measure a degree of modernization of the countries and regions with comprehensive national strength, also became the States in the development of the strategic high ground. However, the information process is a process fraught with risks, as the other side of the information inherent security issues, and its importance is increasingly apparent. With the accelerated pace of information technology of the Armed Police Force, increasing the difficulty of maintaining armed police information security, information security is more and more problems, how to grasp the characteristics and laws of information security management in the new situation, to build a technology management and match the new information management system and regulatory management mode, really good job in information security is a major issue before us. In recent years, the Armed Police Force during the construction of information technology, information security management, a number of exploration and practice, but a lot of work is still being explored, some experience is not mature, unified, efficient and robust Armed Police Force Information Security confidentiality management mechanism and institutional system has not yet been established. Confidentiality management theory to enrich and improve the safety of the Armed Police Force, to strengthen information security and confidentiality of the legal system, scientific and standardized construction, the information security management, public management theory as a basis, the use of comparative analysis, system analysis, field research, focusing on analysis of the current situation of the management of information security and confidentiality of the Armed Police Force, the Armed Police Force Information Security Management model, and gradually build the theoretical foundation of the Armed Police Force information security management system system. Research analysts believe that the officers and men of ideas change is an important reason for the Armed Police Force Information Security Management problems, the implementation of effective management of information security and confidentiality of the Armed Police Force, we must vigorously strengthen the ideological construction, strengthen the security awareness of officers and men. To stand in the global and strategic perspective to fully understand the extreme importance of the Armed Police Force military information security, establish efficient working mechanism, and try to eliminate the root of the problem resulted in the institutional level. Technical support and equipment, facilities, personnel support, is the key to good Armed Police Force information security management.
