Abstract


Migrant workers in our country-specific vocabulary, historical product is formed from an agricultural society to a modern industrial and social development. In this historical process, we can see, the arduous and contributions of migrant workers is very large. But the majority of migrant workers not only failed to national attention, recognition and respect of the nationals, also suffered a series of unfair discrimination and treatment. Migrant workers from rural areas into the city, transferred from agricultural to non-agricultural industries, reflects the transfer of rural labor force of our country, but also to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, improve the income level of farmers, and the only way to achieve coordinated urban and rural development, but also our country to accelerate urbanization and the inevitable process of the transformation of industrial structure. In the process of migrant workers not only to achieve self-worth, but also created a brilliant human civilization. In addition, we all know, fairness and justice is the cornerstone of a harmonious society, harmonious socialist society must maintain fairness and justice, correctly reflect, taking into account the interests of the people of different walks of life. As today's important social groups of migrant workers, by 2010 already exceeded 100 million people, they are engaged in a very difficult and dangerous work, but Social Security was gross neglect, disregard and violation of the legitimate interests, which a series of \Solve the issue of social security is the key to modern society to solve the problem of migrant workers, the issue of migrant workers is an important part of our country \Thus, an active and steady solution to the social security of migrant workers has very important significance. This article is based on the concept of humane care, to focus on the survival of migrant workers, respect for the value of the migrant workers, the rights of migrant workers, pay attention to the development of four aspects of the migrant workers for the limitations of this study must first change our conception of government, first create regional taking into account the local conditions of migrant workers social security system, against the policy across the board, all around the template, thereby avoiding the implementation of difficult phenomenon. Then go further national strategy of the overall situation, and ultimately improve its social security. Based on the concept of humane care of migrant workers social security issues, from the point of view of the humane care, a series of elaborate migrant workers' social security status, characteristics, reasons, analysis, and proposed deep humanistic government and society Enlightenment, advocated the humane spirit of the whole society, to form a rational spirit of fairness and justice, to create a good social atmosphere full of humane care, to guide the public to give sincere care for the social security of migrant workers a series of questions from the guarantee on the basis of the social security of migrant workers to achieve in order to truly achieve a full range of sustainable development of our country.
