Abstract


With the implementation of Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Process Planning and Computer Aided Manufacturing in most of domestic manufacturing enterprises, product efficiency has been greatly improved. However, there are many problems such as low dada integration, low information share and bad management, because these cells used by enterprise are discrete and isolated systems and product data cannot be transfered and shared in these incompatible systems, so their integrity & safety cannot be guaranteed. To solve these problems, a Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization Solution Based On PDM Technology is presented here. The BeifangPDM 2003 system is developed by ourselves to share information of CAD/CAM integrated system.In order to become an excellent CAD/CAM Integrated platform, the base technologies of a PDM system must have these features of well cross-platform, code portability and Internet. This thesis introduces PDM technology in detail, analyzes situation and trend of PDM system. According to these shortcomings lying in traditional PDM system and the limitation of all kinds of development tools (VB, VC, Dephi etc), We adopt Visual Studio.NET, AD0.NET, SQL Server technologies to construct PDM integrated framework, it also gives the requirement analysis of BeifangPDM2003 system, the systematic structure and the function models. According to the idea of software engineering, the three-tier structure of Data Services, Logical Services & User Services and the arithmetic design of product structure tree are researched. The main works as following:(1) Constructed the system structure of PDM integrated frame, analyzed information stream in the course of integrated, put forward all the information about application system saved in PDM dataset, different application system can get required information by PDM and return the result to PDM dataset.(2) Constructed product information model adopted the idea of 00. Implementation of this model can ensure the realization of CAD/CAM integration. The arithmetic design of product structure tree is researched.(3) According to PDM integrated idea, we develop beifangPDM 2003 integrated platform. We can management datum produced by CAD CAM system, and open therelated software to design and edit product. This thesis mainly discusses system construct, component consult, user type & right management, material management, Product structure & configuration management and project management etc.
