Abstract


Leadership communication is an important part of the administrative organization leadership activities, the level of efficiency of communication and communication quality is good or bad administrative organization will have a significant impact. Due to the rapid development of science and technology in modern society, the emergence of economic globalization, the administrative organization of communication is even more important. Effective leadership and communication can not only improve the efficiency of the administrative organization, but also can enhance the cohesion of the organization.
