Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet and its great potential for development , its role in the construction of e-government in the growing Internet-based to build e-government system has become the development trend of the world of e-government . At present, China's Internet-based e-government has made great progress , but there are also some shortcomings . In this paper , based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge and application status of Jiyuan City, Internet-based e-government system optimized design . This paper first describes the relevant theoretical knowledge of Internet-based e-government service mode , security technology and integrated design study . Followed by a detailed analysis of Jiyuan City, Internet-based e-government system application status . Construction status of the system , effective analysis , and some of the inadequacies of the system design . Then this paper, Jiyuan City, Internet-based e-government system , the overall optimization of the design , that is, the original e-government system , the GIS platform , and on this basis to build emergency decision-making and command system ; based on the government network platform to build mobile electronic government systems and video conferencing systems ; government services platform designed system of exchange and sharing of information resources . The final details of a part of the subsystem optimized design, including the design of mobile e-government system based on a variety of terminal building and information resources exchange and sharing system .
