Abstract


Working conditions monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is sophisticated, which can judge whether anything is wrong with the equipment and analyze the reason for its fault, at the same time predict the trend of failure in order to selected necessary strategy when the equipment is in running and nearly intact. The main means to realize the goal is to analyze and process the working conditions signal of the equipment. So the application of the engineering signal analyzing and processing is very extensive in working condition monitoring.This paper has studied the system of engineering signal analysis and process based on Windows, which focused on discussing the signal process subsystem of signal analysis and process. Firstly, it analyzed the usual signal process methods, such as breadth-field analysis, time-field analysis, frequency-field analysis and instant conditions analysis. Secondly, it brought up a new and effective method, wavelet transform. This paper discussed the application of separating signal from noises, detecting weak signal and frequency-zoster analysis of wavelet, and emphasized the important status of wavelet analysis in the region of signal analysis and process. A substantial number experiments proved that the system could satisfy requirement of common engineering application. This system is very useful in some engineering application.
