Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of education, the teachers as the main elements in the educational activities, the more researchers focus their psychological. In this study, the questionnaire survey method, select Shijiazhuang and its surrounding ten teachers in the various disciplines of the primary and secondary schools as an object of study, the relationship between teaching efficacy, vocational sense of belonging, and burnout three overall situation of its three than in-depth exploration of the research and analysis of the study results and discussion, the following conclusions: (1) primary and secondary school teachers teaching efficacy generally higher in gender, age, seniority, qualifications, however, taught grade urban and rural areas the nature of the school, to work, whether or not the class teacher, taught subjects in primary and secondary teachers teaching efficacy and no significant differences. (2) the primary and secondary school teachers and burnout is generally low, and grade, urban and rural schools, the nature of the work, the class teacher taught or not taught subjects in age, seniority, qualifications, and so on, primary and secondary school teachers burnout sense there are no significant differences. Only in terms of gender and burnout of the primary and secondary school teachers have a significant difference in performance significantly higher than male teachers to female teachers and burnout. (3) The primary and secondary school teachers in the school a sense of belonging in general, the school teachers' sense of belonging in the marital status, urban and rural schools, the nature of the work, the class teacher or not taught six subjects were no significant differences, but in terms of gender, age, seniority , educated, taught grade has a different degree of difference. The details are as follows: In terms of gender, the sense of belonging to the male teachers significantly higher than female teachers; (2) the age, 30-year-old teachers' sense of belonging to the school was significantly higher than the 30-40 years old and 40-50 years old teachers, 30-40 year-old teacher school sense of belonging with the 40-50 year-old teacher school sense of belonging is very close to the 50-60-year-old teachers 'sense of belonging to the school to rise again, which means that the teachers' sense of belonging to the school age relationship may approximate a U-shaped curve; ③ in teaching experience, seniority in five teachers strongest sense of belonging to the school, and significantly higher than teaching age 6-10 years ,11-20 years, and 20 years or more teachers, more than 20 years of teaching experience significant teachers 'sense of belonging to the school teachers than teaching age 6-10 years ,11-20 years, Overall, teachers' sense of belonging to the school as the teaching experience growth showing a U-shaped curve relationship; ④ in regard to the education, undergraduate qualifications of teachers' sense of belonging to the school significantly lower than secondary school, college and graduate school teachers; ⑤ taught grade primary school teachers in the highest sense of belonging to the school, significantly higher than the junior high school and high school talking to teachers, but with Middle School teachers have no significant difference; junior high school teachers in the school's sense of belonging to the lowest, significantly lower than primary school teachers, high school sophomore teachers and senior teachers;, high school, and the sophomore teachers' sense of belonging to the school, less than primary school teachers and high school teachers, but higher than junior high school teachers, and the difference was significant; senior teachers sense of belonging to a senior grade teachers significantly higher than junior high school and high school, but no significant difference between school and primary school teachers a sense of belonging. (4) between teaching efficacy and occupational burnout exists a significant negative correlation that the higher efficacy of teachers teaching teachers more likely to have lower occupational burnout. (5) school teachers a sense of belonging and burnout was a significant negative correlation between the teachers' sense of belonging to the stronger teachers more likely to have lower occupational burnout. (6) school teachers a sense of belonging and teaching efficacy was a significant positive correlation, however, the correlation coefficient is lower, therefore, unable to determine whether the relationship between the teachers in the school a sense of belonging and teaching efficacy real. (7) teaching efficacy of teachers and schools a sense of belonging to the teachers and burnout have an impact, and teaching efficacy of teachers and schools, a sense of belonging and burnout of teachers directly to some extent predicted.
