Abstract


In human society , conflict everywhere , crisis times there . Large countries, organizations and individuals , moments are facing a crisis once again constantly challenge . In the \Primary and secondary school population is highly intensive, students self-protection , and close social concern determine primary and secondary crisis in addition to the hidden , sudden , urgent , devastating , and the complexity of the general crisis characterized showing such as diversity , continuity , diffusion , social sensitivity , and educational characteristics .
