With the development of the times and constantly updated educational philosophy, student-oriented, respect for students 'individual educational philosophy has gained, the public and academic students' basic rights and other issues of concern and discussion are also deepening. Currently \In this backdrop, the discipline as a kind of special education in the field of education, especially primary education in practice, its status and role of suffering from different levels of challenge and question. Discipline, is a teacher in the performance of the duties of teaching, the students do not meet the norms according to the law to make a reasonable negative sanctions, the wrongdoer regret, thus avoiding their irrational behavior from happening again, in order to urged to regulate student behavior as a way of education. Discipline does not mean punishment, not to be confused, and corporal punishment. Study in primary teacher education how to properly exercise discipline, which safeguard the legitimate interests of students and teachers of great significance. From the author of the survey results: discipline as a means of education, teaching practice in primary education, the frequency is still quite high, disguised corporal punishment and corporal punishment in educational practice still abound; when some teachers in the implementation of the method and purpose of discipline inconsistent, and that the existing legislation does not provide education teachers provide a clear basis for the implementation of discipline and guidance; most teachers generally felt in the dilemma of when to use discipline and so on. In fact, the implementation of discipline should pay attention: Retribution is an educational manner and means, not an end, the purpose of discipline is to educate students. Although the perpetrators of discipline is a teacher, but as a duty behavior, the teacher's school and higher authorities in disciplinary action of great significance. School administrators should be knowing, understanding, law, usage, will be escorted by law as education and security, campus management practice in implementing the relevant legal requirements. Teacher education administrative departments should conduct appropriate and timely education regulations, training, allowing teachers knowing understanding, the legitimate use of means of discipline, maintain discipline legitimate interests of stakeholders. Accordingly, in the exercise of teacher education discipline, the choice of the means of discipline must always focus on the child's personality, for different student's personality and the nature of the mistakes, combined with appropriate scenario, the discipline into specific activities, so that children in situations and activities to experience, reflection, sentiment. Need to follow when conducting disciplinary principle of necessity and proportionality principle, to choose the best time and place, when to be flexible in the implementation of discipline, fair. In this thesis, questionnaires, interviews, based on access to research literature, combining theoretical and practical levels in four parts of the discipline of primary phenomena are discussed. Part I: ask questions, already expounded on disciplinary education research, as well as the purpose of this thesis; Part II: Retribution should discuss the implication of the discipline as a way to educate the raison d'etre for reasonableness defense , discusses the presence in the field of education and the need for appropriate disciplinary unique value; Part III: statistical analysis through the survey, showing primary education as well as the actual state of discipline problems; Part 4: From society, teachers, school three aspects make recommendations and countermeasures.
