Abstract


As the foundation of the livelihood, employment is the origin and safeguard in people’s living demand. Also it has very important social meanings for the countryside disabled community which is the minority group in the society. On the one hand, it makes the disabled to solve living problems and manifest social principles such as“equality, participation and sharing”. On the other hand, it’s useful to keep the social stability and promote the rural community to develop. But having the particularity in the physiological and psychological as well as the restrictions of social development level, the disabled are encountering kinds of social exclusions in the labor market. Then, their survival conditions have aroused the society’s attention.As well as the development of our country’s industrialization and urbanization, following a theory about constructing an employment service system for disabled between the city and countryside, original researches need to be corresponded. At that time, the theorists’researches about disabled employment questions have focused so much in the urban disabled. Simultaneously, the countryside disabled people’s employment have an vital significant for individuals, families and even the society. Therefore, it’s meaningful to promote the rate and level of the countryside disabled group’s employment in the new situation, regardless of fundamental and practice researches. Jurong is situated at the Yangtze valley’s economy development belt. In the areas, it’s countryside disabled group’s employment situations can reflect the current group’s characteristic basically. Therefore, above the foundation of having investigated and studied Jurong countryside disabled group’s employment situations, the author summarizes some general questions, analyzes its reasons and put forward some corresponding proposals.
