Abstract


Labor relations in modern economic life, the most basic and important social relationships in modern society is harmonious barometer, wind vane. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, building a harmonious labor relations, reflecting the inherent requirements of the scientific development concept is the basis for building a socialist harmonious society, has very great practical and theoretical significance. Our country is in economic and social transformation, changing labor relations increasingly violent and complex, showing a wide range, contract, market-oriented, legalization and contradictions dominance and other new features. This integrated use of systems analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, microscopic analysis and macro analysis and other methods combined, multi-angle build a harmonious labor relations for a more systematic study.
