With the continuous development of educational theory, focusing on mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of learners, fully reflects the dominant position of students to construct knowledge more and more independent learning theory received wide attention, and the "Constitution" online course, in the continuing education also appeared in the teaching practice course content planning, learning resources to supplement the other issues, thus, this combination of "Constitution" of the subject characteristics, from the perspective of independent study under the autonomous learning of the "Constitution" network curriculum design ideas, to promote its further emphasize their openness, interactivity, immediacy, and to promote the education of students with new techniques to enhance the autonomy of the Constitution of the effective learning of knowledge, promote collaboration and communication between learners Self reference provided. The main research of this article is as following:1、To analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign research status of the "Constitution" independent study online course, on this basis, this article is to propose the content, features and basic composition of "Constitution" online course.2、To narrate the design ideas of the "Constitution" independent study online course, and to analyze the basic structure and teaching content of this course.3、To fully discuss the main functions and design strategies of the online learning support environment.
