Abstract


The importance of culture-construction had been emphasized in 17th Meeting of our party. Under this policy, the media has taken on the mission of culture construction. Therefore, culture-news report became the key point of culture construction, for it shows media’s culture location and culture feature,. And most of all, culture-news report can satisfy the increasing culture need of numerous audiences. In the main current of media, CCTV-4 became a platform, which covers many cultures, for its special audience location. In the front of multi-culture, its culture-news field became a problem should be pay attention.But, there is no clear definition to culture news in the journalism, for a long time. The reasons are many:the intension of culture is abundant and various, superheat expression of entertainment news. And, TV’s culture news has its own feature compared to newspaper and internet, for TV media’s characteristics. It will help study TV’s culture news and comprehend culture news’feature of CCTV-4 that we interpret culture news from multi-angle and sort out its history.China News is the symbol of news program in CCTV-4. And it will be meaningful to study its sample statistics in inspecting the feature of culture news. Records from many sorts said that CCTV-4 was national、traditional and chose Chinese as main interviewee. It makes the channel special in culture-news feature that the channel has special form in communication with multi-element. For the moment, the culture news of CCTV-4 is in the way of combining tradition and tide. "No gold is completely pure and nobody is perfect." It is the same to the fabrication of news programs. And it should pay more attention to innovation besides its features, for example:increase the quantity of culture information, keep balance between news structures, and so on. We hope that CCTV-4’s culture news will become a classic of viewership rate in the TV-news history beside forging its culture brand.
