Abstract


The experiment systematically studied by electrochemical methods 304 stainless steel at a temperature of 30 ℃, the concentration of 10-4mol / L anion solution electrochemical corrosion behavior , simultaneous determination of 304 stainless steel from -1500mV ~ 150mV chronoamperometry curve . Anodic polarization curves of 304 stainless steel in different anion solution the corrosion potential corrosion process , chronoamperometry curve fitting and appropriate mathematical model . The analysis results show that the 304 stainless steel in a different anion solution chronoamperometric curve is different, and the greater the hardness of the anion , the stainless steel surface off the higher the degree of protonation , the passivation film is more stable . Experiments to find the solution anion impurities deprotonation passive film formation , and provide a more direct experimental basis for the mechanism of the hard and soft acid-base anion stress corrosion of stainless steel .
