Abstract


Red clover is a legume clover species , Xinjiang , Yunnan , Hubei , Guizhou, Sichuan and other places in China are distributed in recent years , western Hubei mountainous area has been widely planted . Red clover contains a variety of vitamins, amino acids , carbohydrates and flavonoids substances . In this thesis Padang red clover for the study, and study the composition of physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of the Padang red clover seed oil and unsaponifiable matter . Gas chromatographic analysis showed that Padang red clover seed oil fatty acids containing mainly palmitic acid, oleic acid , linoleic acid , followed by containing stearic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid ; by silica gel column chromatography and chromatography tlc extraction and separation , wherein the unsaponifiable Padang red clover seed oil unsaponifiable main component is a hydrocarbon , triterpenoid alcohols, 4 - methyl - sterols and sterols , the above four types of compounds isolated , each compound in the unsaponifiable matter content. Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry using the technology identified the presence of four sterols ergosterol 7,22 - diene -3β alcohol , ergosterol 5 - en-3β alcohol , stigmasterol 5 - en-3β alcohol , beans steroid 5,24 (28) - diene-3β alcohol; the triterpenoid alcohol portion was measured by gas chromatography , the presence of β- fragrant the lupine alcohol sylvans alcohol , and purified by thin layer chromatography on silica gel with silver nitrate - triterpene alcohol the acetylation was separated into the individual components , by melting point , specific rotation, gas chromatography , etc. identification lupine alcohol ; 4 - methyl sterol portion was measured by gas chromatography, the existence of a of Gramine sterol lemon dienol . Not found in the non-edible oil compounds exist .
