Abstract


Means of DSC, SEM and X-ray diffraction test first ester - amide exchange reaction the components melting point, degree of crystallinity and blend morphology PET/PA6 blends in the molten state. The results show that: the melt blending PET/PA6 ester - amide exchange reaction generated the block copolymer, although the interfacial adhesion of the system can increase to a certain extent, but there may result in product performance uneven. Therefore, it is necessary to control the blends ester - amide exchange reaction. The addition of inhibitor and the introduction of a graft copolymer both methods on PET/PA6 BLENDS ester - amide exchange reaction control. . Inhibitors law effects of PS-g-MAH, Confucianism 2PnO3n 1, KH2PO4, P-(OC6H5) 3, P-(OC2H5) 3 C12H25SO3Na of FeSO4? 7H2O etc. of inhibitors on PET/PA6 blends ester - amide exchange reaction control, the results show that: PS-g-MAH and Nan 2PnO3n 1, two kinds of inhibitors have good inhibitory effect, and does not reduce the interfacial adhesion of the system. In addition, the PS-g-MAH blends crystal in and two inhibitors Nan 2PnO3n 1, properties, morphology and thermal decomposition properties. The results show that: the inhibitor added to a certain extent to raise the degree of crystallinity of the system, the interfacial adhesion and thermal stability. 2 the introduction of the graft copolymer process the presence of dicumyl peroxide (DCP), PA6-g-PS and PET-g-PS copolymer was synthesized by melt grafting method. Reactant ratio, initiator concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature on the grafting efficiency. Characterization means of the dissolved polymer of Molau experiment, FTIR, 1H-NMR, X-ray diffraction proved that these two product is a graft copolymer. Respectively containing PA6-g-PS and PET-g-PS PET, PA6 blend, characterized by the component of the variation of the melting point as well as of FTIR, X-ray diffraction techniques, investigated ester graft copolymer containing Blends - amide exchange reaction. The results show that: the blend reaction starting stage, the ester - amide interchange reaction with good inhibitory effect. Addition, the ratio of reactants, reaction conditions, such as blending time system esters - amide exchange reaction, the degree of crystallinity, thermal stability lt; WP = gt; qualitative as well as the impact of the morphology. The results show that: the reactant ratio of ester - amide exchange reaction, and little effect on the degree of crystallinity and thermal stability; graft copolymer the introduction of the interfacial adhesion of the system was significantly enhanced; ester - amide exchange reaction with the extension of the blending time, The degree increases, the degree of crystallinity and thermal stability decreased. Finally, pure PET/PA6, containing inhibitor Nan the PET/PA6 three blends 2PnO3n the PET/PA6 and graft copolymer non-isothermal crystallization kinetics study. The results showed that: In the experiment range, with the cooling rate is increased, the increase in rate of crystallization, the crystallization peak sample is moved to the low direction; ester - amide exchange reaction under the same cooling rate, the level deeper, the crystallization temperature is lower, the smaller the rate of crystallization .
